Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.


Custom Products Shipping

Custom or personalized products require additional preparation time.

Processing Time:
Custom products typically take 3–7 business days to design, produce, and prepare for shipment.

Shipping Time:
Estimated delivery time depends on your location.

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Because these items are made specifically for you, processing time may be longer during peak seasons.


Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

Print-on-Demand items are produced after your order is placed.

Production Time:
2–5 business days

Shipping Time:

  • United States: 4–8 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

POD products may be shipped separately from other items if they are produced in different facilities.


Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically.

After your purchase is completed, you will receive:

  • An instant download link, or

  • An email with access instructions

No physical item will be shipped for digital products.

If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam folder or contact us.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
