1. Custom & Personalized Products
All customized, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale.
Because these products are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will provide:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund (if applicable)
3. Digital Products
All digital and downloadable products are non-refundable.
Since digital files cannot be returned, we encourage you to review all product details before purchasing. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us for support.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly.
Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details, including names, text, colors, and design selections, are correct before placing the order.
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital downloads
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items that have been used or altered after delivery
7. Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
