Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! We offer local delivery and installation throughout the Las Vegas metro area. Delivery fees vary based on location. Pickup is also available.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks before your event date. For rush orders, please contact us first to check availability — rush fees may apply.
What is your payment policy?
For larger custom orders and balloon installations, a retainer will be required at the time of booking. Full payment is due before delivery or pickup. Details will be provided during the consultation process.
How do I get started?
Simply browse our collections, select your desired product, and fill out the order form with your event details. You can also click Book Now to schedule a consultation!
What information do I need to place a custom order?
You'll need your event type, event date, honoree name, personalization details, and any inspiration images. The more detail you provide, the better we can bring your vision to life!
Can I see examples of your past work?

Do you set up and break down after the event?
Yes, setup and breakdown services are available for balloon installations. Please inquire during the booking process for pricing and availability.
How long do balloon installations last?
Most balloon installations last up to 72hours indoors. Outdoor installations may vary depending on weather conditions. We'll advise you on the best options for your event.
Do you offer party favor customization?
Yes! We offer a wide range of personalized party favors including acrylic buttons, custom keepsakes, money cards, and more. Visit our Party Favors Collection to explore your options.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Retainers are non-refundable once production has begun. We'll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
Can I customize my balloon colors and style?
Absolutely! We work with a wide variety of colors, styles, and themes. Choose up to 3 colors; 4 or more will be an additional surcharge. Share your vision during the consultation and we'll create something truly special for your event.
